A Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda Home Inspector license does not qualify
as a Mold Assessor license; remember it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to become a licensed Home Inspector and 3 to 4 years to become
a licensed Mold Assessor. (exception: during 2010 hundreds of people were"grandfathered" in to the mold assessor
license) Most "grandfathered" would not qualify under the law today.
