Governor Crist’s Bill Actions Today, May 26, 2010

Governor Charlie Crist signed the following bill today, May 26, 2010:

CS/CS/CS HB 713 Department of Business and Professional Regulation:

One of the most significant changes in the mold law that protects consumers is:

 (1) A mold assessor shall maintain general liability and errors and omissions for both preliminary and post remediation  mold assessment insurance coverage in an amount of at least $1 million

 

July 2011 Florida mold law is scheduled to be eforced:  QUALIFIED individuals will be issued a license in 2010
